$300.00 per hour calculated in quarter hour increments to be split equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon.
Counsel retaining and their firms are responsible for all timely fee payments for their respective clients.
No charges for travel or travel costs other than any parking fees. Engagements in Eastern Washington and Western Washington are welcomed.
Additional charges may apply if offices are to be secured at participant’s preference outside of Ms. Dunlap’s Seattle office that is not one of the party’s offices.
No additional hourly rate or fee charges for mediations going over scheduled time or for use of weekends and after normal business hours.
Cancellation Policy
Mediations or Arbitrations cancelled on less than five (5) business days’ notice before the scheduled start date and time will incur a two hour charge.
