Debbie is available to serve as a Mediator and Arbitrator at her Seattle office and to travel to most Western Washington Counties as well as out of Moses Lake for central Eastern Washington availability to serve Grant, Kittitas, Chelan, Douglas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Adams, Lincoln, and Spokane Counties.
